Guy Grffiths, motor racing photographer, was born on July 9, 1916. He died at home on December 11, 2003, aged 87.

There are three leatherbound editions, each of eight signed copies, specially numbered 1946 – 1953, each edition a different colour, namely Black Edition, Blue Edition and Silver Edition. Each book is handbound in Morocco leather to order, with an on-laid metal plate on the front and is presented in a drop-back cloth solander box.
